Cancellation Policy

Your time is important to us. We offer a 15-minute grace period for all clients; however, arriving later will necessitate rescheduling your appointment. Please be aware that no-shows or cancellations made on the same day will be charged 100% of the service fee. Any cancellations or no shows will forfeit your deposit amount.
